For example, I remember talking with someone who had a problem and wanted me to give them an answer, but they didn’t tell me that up front and never asked a question during our conversation, so I encouraged them and that was it. They left feeling like I didn’t care because I didn’t give them an answer!
Its the simplest things that often get overlooked in Christianity. Some people “spiritualize” every problem or look deep when the solution is practical and staring us in the face.
